TC going to TNT Carnival

DOUBLE-CROWN MONARCH Terencia TC Coward is heading to Trinidad next Wednesday in preparation for the Play Whe Groovy Soca Monarch.

And from all appearances, it will be more rhythm. While not going into too much detail about her presentation, TC explained that some additional parts have been added to Hot Sun & Riddim and plans are on stream for a more elaborate presentation than the one she used for the local competitions.

She will be joined later on by a full team, which includes a choreographer, six dancers, hair and make-up personnel, and backing vocalists Natalie Burke and Tamara Marshall.

“We wanted to make sure that we could take what we had into Trinidad, basically to export what we have into Trinidad and find a blend of Bajan and Trinidad together….If we can bring a healthy blend of drama and good music, we should be as good as anybody else,” she said.
